REMEMBERING JOE HENRY

Cancer Support Community Pasadena lost a dear friend on May 25, 2018.
Joe Henry was a dedicated volunteer at CSCP since its inception in 1990 as The Wellness Community – Foothills.
He served on the Board of Directors for nine years, including a term as President. He was recognized as an Angel Award recipient in 2001, and he was also a representative to our national conferences for several years.
Joe was a firm believer in the enormous value CSCP offers to individuals and their families who are dealing with cancer.
He served on various committees, and was particularly passionate about CSCP’s planned giving program. As a member of the Legacy of Hope Society committee, he reached out to CSCP supporters to encourage membership to assure CSCP’s financial future.
We are grateful to Joe for his loyal support of CSCP, and we’ll miss his presence, his hearty laugh, and his kindness.
